Product Description
Stamped bearings are generally composed of an inner ring, an outer ring, a stamped body and a cage. It relies on external forces such as presses and plates, strips, pipes and profiles to produce plastic deformation or separation to obtain workpieces of the required shape and size. The stamped blanks are mainly hot-rolled and cold-rolled steel plates and strips. Stamped flange bearings combine flanges and bearings into one, and are mainly used in various trolley wheels with large load-bearing capacity, conveyor rollers, travel wheels, and industrial and transportation equipment with high quality requirements. Stamped wheels can avoid wear and increase the load-bearing capacity of bearings.

The technology of stamping bearings
Stamping bearings generally do not need cutting or only need a small amount of cutting. The precision and surface condition of hot stamping parts are lower than those of cold stamping parts, but they are still better than castings and forgings, and the amount of cutting is less.
Stamping is mainly classified by process, which can be divided into two categories: separation process and forming process. The separation process is also called punching. Its purpose is to separate the stamping parts from the sheet along a certain contour line while ensuring the quality requirements of the separation section. The purpose of the forming process is to make the sheet plastically deform without destroying the blank to make the workpiece of the required shape and size. In actual production, multiple processes are often applied to a workpiece. Punching, bending, shearing, drawing, bulging, spinning and straightening are just a few of the main processes of stamping.
The surface and internal properties of stamping sheet have a great influence on the quality of stamping products, requiring accurate and uniform thickness of stamping materials; smooth surface, no spots, scars, scratches, surface cracks, etc.; uniform yield strength, no obvious directionality; high uniform elongation; low yield ratio; small work hardening.
