Conveyor Roller Bearings
Conveyor roller bearings are pressed into the end of a conveyor roller, allowing the roller to rotate smoothly on its axis during conveying. Roller bearings support and guide rotating or oscillating machine elements and transfer loads between machine parts. As the name implies, conveyor roller bearings have a cylindrical shape and are designed to carry heavy loads. Each bearing is designed for a specific tube diameter and specification, as well as shaft size. We offer many standard roller bearings for you to purchase.
In industrial manufacturing environments, conveying equipment helps assemble, inspect, package, and distribute your products. Because it is so versatile and completes so many tasks, it needs to run perfectly around the clock. This means that every component that makes it run should be durable and efficient – even the smallest parts, such as conveyor roller bearings.

Stamping process
Conveyor Roller Stamped bearings are generally composed of an inner ring, an outer ring, a stamped body and a cage. It relies on external forces such as presses and plates, strips, pipes and profiles to produce plastic deformation or separation to obtain workpieces of the required shape and size. The stamped blanks are mainly hot-rolled and cold-rolled steel plates and strips. Stamped flange bearings combine flanges and bearings into one, and are mainly used in various trolley wheels with large load-bearing capacity, conveyor rollers, travel wheels, and industrial and transportation equipment with high quality requirements. Stamped wheels can avoid wear and increase the load-bearing capacity of bearings.
