Our Plastic Pillow Block Bearings Unit is an E-type pillow bearing with a plastic outer block that provides both stability and support.
The plastic housing is made from an engineering grade glass-filled PBT polyester that is completely interchangeable with traditional cast iron housings. These maintenance-free housings offer excellent mechanical strength, stiffness, and dimensional stability, and will never rust or corrode.

Block Construction:
The block is molded from a high-grade glass-filled
PBT polymer. The spherical bore of the block is machined to ensure concentricity and proper fit of the insert bearing. The final step in manufacturing is machining the solid base to ensure flatness.
