Deep groove ball bearings are coated with anti-rust oil before leaving the factory. When storing bearings, the following seven points should be followed:
1. Ideally, bearings should be stored in a low-humidity environment, that is, the relative humidity is less than 60%
2. Bearings should not be stored directly on the ground, but should be placed on shelves or pallets at least 20cm above the ground.
3. The boxes containing bearings should not be stacked too high, otherwise the anti-rust agent may be squeezed out from the bottom of the bearings.
4. Avoid touching the bearings directly with your hands, as sweat on your hands may easily cause the bearings to rust. It is recommended to use clean rubber gloves or other tools.
5. Bearings should not be stored in the same place as solvents, fuels, lubricants, chemical products, acids, disinfectants and other chemicals.
6. The stacking height of the boxes cannot exceed the support capacity of the packaging, nor can they be damaged if they are stacked and dropped.
7. Do not handle it roughly. When moving the bearing, avoid dropping or throwing it.
