An oil seal, also known as a radial oil seal, radial shaft seal, or rotary shaft lip seal, is a circular sealing device used to seal between two machine parts that rotate relative to each other. They are used to seal lubricants and/or block contaminants, or to separate different media.
They are available in metric and imperial sizes, and are suitable for single-lip and double-lip designs. NSAR offers a variety of seals for rotary and shaft solutions.
