Bearing accuracy includes dimensional accuracy and rotational accuracy, and is determined by SO or JIS standards (rolling bearing accuracy).
Dimensional accuracy represents the accuracy standard necessary for a bearing to be mounted on a shaft or housing. Rotation accuracy indicates the limit of the runout allowed by the bearing during operation.
According to the dimensional tolerance and runout accuracy, the accuracy grades of NSAR deep groove ball bearings range from ABEC-1 to ABEC-7.
ABEC-1 is the standard grade, ABEC3 is a higher grade, and ABEC-5 and above are used for special purposes. These tolerance levels are set according to the international standard ISO492, and other standard levels correspond as follows.
